Weinberg-King State Park


Location:3 miles east of Augusta, north of IL 101.
Facilities:Camping is mainly in the equestrian area and includes 19 electrical hookups, 4 picnic areas with pit toilets, playground, equestrian trails (30 miles).
Activities:Camping, fishing, horseback riding, hunting, snowmobiling.
Special Features:William Creek meanders through the park, providing habitat for a variety of wildlife.
