Location:Just north of Santa Cruz city limits, immediately west of Highway 1.
Facilities:Picnic areas, restrooms, trails, visitor center, historic structures and exhibits (é).
Activities:Hiking, horseback riding, bicycling, guided tours, living history demonstrations.
Special Features:Park has 34 miles of hiking, biking, and equestrian rails winding through coastal terraces and valleys. The site was originally the main rancho supplying the Santa Cruz Mission and later became a successful and innovative dairy ranch. Surrounding grounds include Victorian homes, gardens, and historic adobe.
