Win Control panels

Windows control panels are dialog boxes that display the current settings for all the configurable elements in the computer. All control panels can be accessed from the Start menu. In Windows 8.1 and 10, right click the Start menu and select Control Panel. In Windows XP and 7, select Start menu/Control Panel. See Win Properties.
