Woking

(wō`kĭng), district (1991 pop. 84,000), Surrey, SE England. Woking is primarily a residential suburb of London. There are printing, rubber, and packing industries. Of interest is a mosque built in 1889, headquarters of the Muslim Society of Great Britain.
