Established: 1967. Description:Dedicated to saving life on Earth through the conservation of nature and ecological processes. Since its founding, WWF has effectively safeguarded hundreds of species and millions of acres of wildlife habitat. WWF's ultimate goal is to stop, and eventually reverse, the accelerating degradation of our planet's natural environment and to help build a future in which humans live in harmony with nature.
