Yellow River Marsh Preserve State Park


Location:On County Road 191, 1 mile north of the intersection with County Road 281 and along both sides of the highway on Blackwater Bay.
Special Features:Park protects one of Florida's last remaining tracts of wet prairie, including the largest community of carnivorous pitcher plants in the state. There are no recreational facilities at the preserve, but the pitcher plant prairies provide excellent opportunities for photography and nature appreciation.
