Ralli, Zemfirii Konstantinovich

 

Born Nov. 14 (26), 1848, in Chernovitsy; died June 5, 1933, in Bucharest. Russian revolutionary, writer, and public figure.

From 1879, Ralli lived in Rumania, where he became a citizen, adopting the surname Arbore.
