Zolotnik

 

an old Russian measure of weight, equivalent to 4.266 grams or 1/96 of a Russian pound. The name is derived from the word zoloto (gold), since it was based on a gold coin (the zolotnik or zlatnik) used as late as the tenth century in Kievan Rus’.
