Animoji

(ANImated eMOJI) An emoji that picks up the user's facial movements, introduced by Apple in iOS 11. See Memoji, iPhone X and iOS versions.

This update also adds four new Animoji for the iPhone X: a skeleton, a lion, a dragon, and a bear--not to be confused with the existing panda bear Animoji.
It's usually a static image, though you can produce an animated version-much like the iPhone X's Animoji feature.
