Special Features:Located in the Cascade Range, the park includes a .75-mile trail to Soda Creek Falls and a riverside nature trail. Ruts from the historic Santiam Wagon Road, used as a military route in the 1800s, are still visible.

Highway 20, the Santiam Highway, also was briefly closed Monday about two miles west of Cascadia State Park, where a tree had crashed into power lines.
The Oregon Department of Transportation cleared several feet of snow from the highway from the snow gates about 10 miles east of Cascadia State Park and roughly 4 miles west of Santiam Junction, reopening the road for the first time since its closure on Jan.
