Zions Bancorporation (NASDAQ: ZION) has announced that the completion of its solicitation of consent of holders of its 4.50% Senior Notes due June 13, 2023 to obtain a one-time waiver in relation to certain covenants in the indenture governing the Notes, the company said.

30 September 2014 -- Utah US-based bank holding company Zions Bancorporation (NASDAQ: ZION) has announced the total consideration payable in connection with its previously announced tender offer which commenced on September 15 2014 to purchase up to USD 263.857m aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 4.00% senior notes due June 20, 2016 and its 4.50% senior notes due June 13, 2023.
