In a seperate deal, LDC sold its stake in lightning protection and electrical earthing systems Omega Red to utility services company South Staffordshire Plc.
Nottingham-based Omega Red, which employs more than 220 people across five sites within the UK, has seen turnover increase from pounds 13.5million to pounds 16 million in less than three years, while EBITDA has grown from pounds 2.6million to more than pounds 4million.
OMEGA Red Group, the market leader in earthing and lightning protection, have moved their Scots operation from Blackburn, West Lothian, to Livingston.
In a second deal for LDC, the firm's corporate team advised on its multi-million investment in
Omega Red, the Nottingham based UK market leader in electrical earthing and lightning protection.
Omega Red, which has been headquartered in the Midlands for 20 years, employs around 250 people across five sites throughout the UK and operates across a broad range of sectors including rail, power, construction, renewable energy and telecoms.
