For right-sided PAPVC to
SVC 49(89.0%), intracardiac baffle was done with double patch technique in 39 patients while 9 underwent intracardiac baffle with single patch technique and in one patient warden procedure was done.
Subsequently, Doppler ultrasonography (USG) of neck was advised to find the cause of
SVC syndrome, which revealed intraluminal thrombus in the right internal jugular, right subclavian and visualised extent of right brachiocephalic vein with no significant flow (figure 4)

SVC obstruction associated with SPVS is usually caused by primary or secondary malignant processes [1, 7, 8].
