September 8, 2015, the company announced the signing of a definitive merger agreement with Nicolet Bankshares Inc (OTCQB: NCBS), under which the company will merge with and into Nicolet.
The 2020 accepted early tender notes represent 22.84 percent of the principal amount outstanding of 2020 notes as of
September 8, 2015. As of September 21, 2015, the bank said it had also received valid tenders from holders of USD42,312,000 in principal amount of 2019 notes.
