United Online Inc.'s (Nasdaq:UNTD) NetZero and Juno Internet access brands are using accelerated dial-up services enabled by SlipStream's technology.
Because of brand loyalty,
United Online plans to continue both services.

The company announced an agreement with NetBrands Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of
United Online Inc., to sell the assets of the unit for $8.4 million.

United Online, the provider of Internet access, will be subject to a competitive bidding process.
