The board of directors of
Winmark Corporation (Nasdaq:WINA) declared on Wednesday its quarterly dividend of USD0.15 per share of its stock.

Winmark Corp., has bought a 3% stake in 9021Pho, a Vietnamese and French fusion restaurant chain based in Los Angeles, California, 9021Pho said.
