All POLIFAN CURVE flap discs are available with 7/8-inch
arbor hole or quick-change 5/8-11 hub.
The disc is manufactured with 36 and 50 grit zirconia, with 7/8-inch
arbor hole, or 5/8-11 quick-change hub.
The cutter is designed to work with an array of different insert nose radii and is available in shank, shell mill, and Seco-Carboloy's Combimaster two-piece design, achieving tolerances of h6 on the shank and
arbor hole. It offers a minimized runout of 0.0008" on a master insert edge and is pre-balanced for applications running up to 10,000 rpm.

All diameters are available with either a plain
arbor hole, or a quickchange threaded hub.
All discs feature a 7.8-inch
arbor hole but variations are available with a 5/8-11 quick change hub attached.
Both threaded and unthreaded styles with corresponding
arbor hole sizes/thread types are listed on the information sheet.
They take their name from the area near the
arbor hole, which is offset to accommodate the mounting nut and flange.
It is also available with a 7/8 unthreaded
arbor hole or a 5/8 to 11 quick-change hub.
Versions with an unthreaded
arbor hole feature a 5/9-inch bore and those with a threaded
arbor hole have a standard 5/8-11 thread.
