(NYSE: ITT) has closed the acquisition of Germany based centrifugal and
axial flow pumps manufacturer RheinhA1/4tte Pumpen Group from Belgian manufacturer and distributer of advanced plastic piping systems Aliaxis Group S.A., the company said.
ITT announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Rheinhutte Pumpen Group, a market-leading designer and manufacturer of centrifugal and
axial flow pumps, from Aliaxis Group S.A.
Axial flow pump is a low head and high flow pump, whose simple structure is available for urban water supply, agricultural irrigation and water diversion projects [1-2].
One CFR4B offers performances surpassed multiple
axial flow fans fit in the same space.
Because the oxidizer inlets are perpendicular with respect to
axial flow, it will not affect the measured thrust of the motor.
The proposed deal will close specific product gaps in Sulzer's general industry pumps portfolio, including adding
axial flow pumps to its offer.
