Facilities:14 basic campsites, 15 electric campsites, picnic sites, picnic shelter, hiking trails, boat ramp, interpretive center.
Activities:Camping, fishing, hiking, guided historical tours.
Special Features:Site interprets the northernmost battle fought west of the Mississippi River during the Civil War. Union troops defeated the pro-South Missouri State Guard here in 1861.
