Dayton State Park
Location:On US 50, in the town of Dayton, 12 miles east of Carson City.

Special Features:Park is located in the town of Dayton, one of Nevada's first permanent
settlements. Remnants of the Rock Point Mill, one of the largest of the
stamp mills built along the Carson River to process silver ore, can be
seen at the park.
