Frenchtown Pond State Park
Location:15 miles west of Missoula on I-90 (exit 89), then 1 mile west on Frontage Road.
Facilities:Picnic area, picnic shelter, playground, information kiosk, hiking trail (1 mile), flush toilets, drinking water.
Activities:Boating (non-motorized), fishing, swimming, scuba diving, hiking, bicycling.
Special Features:This day-use park is located on a spring-fed lake with a maximum depth
of about 18 feet. The park is open seasonally, from May 1 through
September 30.
