Facilities:Nearly 700 family campsites (in seven recreation areas), 2 group campsites, hookups, picnic areas, picnic shelters, trails, 2 privately-operated marinas, boat ramp, concession stands.
Activities:Camping, boating, lake fishing, sailing, water-skiing, hiking, nature programs.
Special Features:Kerr Lake features some of the best fishing holes in North Carolina. Recreation areas include Bullocksville, County Line, Henderson Point, Hibernia, Kimball Point, Nutbush Bridge, and Satterwhite Point.
