Moneo, José Rafael

(1937–)
Spanish architect, who won the Pritzker Prize for architecture in 1996. Works include the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels in Los Angeles, CA; the Davis Art Museum at Wellesley College, Wellesley, MA; and the Audrey Jones Beck Building, an expansion of the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, TX. Moneo also designed the Chace Center for the Rhode Island School of Design, Providence, RI.
