Facilities:108 tent/trailer/RV campsites (é), 5 primitive campsites, pioneer campground, 20 cottages, 7 picnic shelters, group shelter, hiking trails (4 miles), lake, swimming beach and bathhouse, 2 boat ramps, canoe rentals (seasonal),tennis courts, miniature golf course.

Special Features:The name "Tugaloo" comes from an Indian name for the river that flowed here prior to the construction of Hartwell Dam. The park is situated on a rugged peninsula that juts into 55,590-acre Hartwell Reservoir. Fishing is excellent year round, and largemouth bass are plentiful.
