command, control, and communications countermeasures (C3 CM)
The integrated use of operations security, military deception, jamming, and physical destruction, supported by intelligence, to deny information to, influence, degrade, or destroy the adversary's C3 capabilities and to protect friendly C3 against such actions. The term has been superceded by command and control warfare.
