context menu
The menu that is displayed when right clicking on a file name, icon, link or text on a desktop computer. The "context" is the current situation, therefore the menu relates only to the element that is right clicked. The equivalent menu on a mobile devices is called an "overflow menu," which is activated by tapping an ellipsis (...) or down arrow. See right click, context sensitive help and Menu key.
