air aspirator valve[′er ′as·pə‚rād·ər ‚valv]
On certain automotive engines, a one-way valve installed on the exhaust manifold to allow air to enter the exhaust system; provides extra oxygen to convert carbon monoxide to carbon dioxide. Also known as gulp valve.
