Picketing block made of concrete are used as aircraft tie-down at locations where mooring rings are not available.
Positions on the ground surface that are available for securing aircraft. Mooring rings are normally provided in the pavement for this purpose. Picketing blocks may be used for light aircraft where tiedown points are not available.
