angle of reflection[′aŋ·gəl əv ri′flek·shən]
The angle between the direction of propagation of a wave reflected by a surface and the line perpendicular to the surface at the point of reflection. Also known as reflection angle.

Angle of reflection
The angle that a reflected ray of light makes with the surface that is reflecting it. The angle of reflection is the same as the angle of incidence.
