BFAR Eastern Visayas Director Juan Albaladejo said five upright freezers, one collapsible solar dryer and one
blast freezer were handed out to the Asosasyon han mga Paragbulad ha Catbalogan (APCat) during their visit to the newly constructed common service facility (CSF).
