Johns Manville aM), a leading building products manufacturer, has launched JM CladStone Water & Fire Block Insulation, a non-combustible continuous insulation mineral wool product.
It was built with 5" of multilayered firebrick and mineral wool block insulation for energy-efficiency and low outside shell temperature.
The unit has 7" thick insulated walls comprising 5" of 2,300[degrees]F ceramic fiber and 2" of block insulation. The 7" floor insulation contains 4-1/2" of 2,300[degrees]F firebrick and 2-1/2" of block insulation.
The interior of the chamber is lined with a multi-layer combination of lightweight firebrick and block insulation to minimize heat loss.
There are 3 inches of insulating firebrick and 1 inch of block insulation in the walls, top and door.
The unit features 7" thick insulated walls, comprising 5" of 2,300[degrees]F ceramic fiber and 2" of 1,700[degrees]F ceramic fiber while the 6-1/2" floor insulation consists of 4-1/2" of 2,300[degrees]F firebrick and 2" of 1,900[degrees]F block insulation. This box furnace includes a motor-operated vertical lift door, with a digital programming temperature controller and manual-reset, excess temperature controller with separate contractors, for improved efficiency, and safety.
