(a company of Tanaka Precious Metals) today announced that Tanaka Kikinzoku Kogyo K.K., which operates the Tanaka Precious Metals' manufacturing business, has developed UV700-SR1J, a product supporting screen printing of electrically conductive silver paste
enabling the formation of electronic circuits using only ultraviolet (UV) curing without thermal curing.
A conductive silver paste
is screen printed on the sunny side of the wafer.
"Because, of this focus, we developed products such as a 'conductive silver paste
that is photoimageable.
We have leveraged our organic synthesis, particle design/dispersion and electronic materials technology to develop the Rexalpha conductive silver paste
suitable for print patterning.
Toyo Ink started the development of conductive silver paste ink for UHF RFID antennas from 2000.
"Leveraging our core and electronic materials technology, we succeeded in developing the Rexalpha series of conductive silver paste offering unrivaled printability and print performance," Mr.
Osato reported that the Toyo Ink Group succeeded in reproducing patterns of around 30 um with conductive silver pastes
suited CO, laser-ablation processing.
