e-mail aliasAn e-mail address that is relayed by the recipient mail server to a specific inbox. A small company may use several e-mail prefixes, such as support@, suggestion@ and feedback@ to imply that the user's message will be directed to the appropriate department. However, these addresses and any other aliased addresses will all go to the same mailbox.
