Plasma DNA Input LOD With Fixed Mutant Copy Numbers.--In order to maximize the number of rare mutant copies that are included in the PCR reaction, DNA
eluate from plasma is added by volume.
To correct dilution generated during elution, the concentration values obtained from the
eluates were multiplied by a factor considering dilution, as recommended by the manufacturer.

eluates from matrices.
The two-way ANOVA with replications was calculated within each feedstock type in order to determine any statistical differences between the pH or EC values of the
eluates collected from the BC up-flow percolation test (i.e., the measurement value), L/S ratios, and the pyrolysis temperatures (i.e., the nominal variables).

eluateAnalysis of the
eluate from Sorbent 1 by MS showed 2 peaks at 7704 and 3852 Da (Fig.
Adhesive toxicity varied among the present adhesive systems and was likely related to the presence of residual monomers in
eluates.
To relate the antimicrobial activity of the bone cement
eluates to those of the pure antibiotics, inhibition zones of the single antibiotics and in certain mixtures against the used bacterial strains were measured in addition.
All urine samples and DNA
eluates were registered at the Regional Biobank of Central Norway and stored at -80[degrees]C.
The
eluate was collected, the hole was plugged and the tube was placed back into the water bath until the temperature again reached 70[degrees]C.
For all the [sup.188]Re
eluates obtained in both series, the pH was 6.5, the phosphate concentration was greater than 1000 ppm, and the radiochemical purity was greater than 90%.
