An aerobatic maneuver in which an aircraft is pulled up into a vertical climb, the throttle(s) is pulled back, and then the full rudder is applied to one side. The aircraft cartwheels to one side at near zero IAS (indicated air speed) and recovers in a dive 180° to its original direction. Also called a stall turn
