In this research, high temperature about 80[degrees]C [+ or -] 10[degrees]C NiTinol wire full annealing was employed with straight shape, it consisted of (Ni-55%, H-0.001%, O-0.05%, N-0.001%, C-0.05%, Ti-Balance), imported from Nexmetal Inc 8780 19th Alta Loma, California 91701.
In this research implementation model of NiTinol wire full annealing, straighten shape diameter 2 mm, length 100 mm.
Increasing the cold rolling from 20% to 75%, [I.sub.corr] was also increased significantly, but, after full annealing at 1050[degrees]C for 100 s, their sample was spontaneously passivated giving lower [I.sub.corr] and [E.sub.pit].
* The yield and tensile strength of cast grade 60-40-18 decreased slightly with subcritical annealing and decreased significantly with full annealing. The ductility of the material changed little with subcritical annealing but increased
Measurements obtained from the stress-strain testing for full annealing state, which was considered to be as non-deformed state, were taken as the first initial point.
(11), with full annealing from base numbers 253 to 845, which include the almost complete gene 5.8S and the complete variable ITS2 region.
Solidification was carried out three different ways: 1) moving the aluminum-covered material sheet away from the mold and sinking it in a water bath (water-quenching); 2) opening the mold and moving the material away from the mold to solidify in air (air annealing); and 3) by turning off the heating of the press and leaving the material to solidify between the closed molds until room temperature was reached (full annealing).
Figure 2 shows the DSC curves of melt crystallized PLLA sheets obtained by water quenching, air cooling, and by cooling between the plates in the mold (full annealing).
In the absence of massive carbides or if minute quantities of well-dispersed carbides are present, medium-temperature annealing (also known as full annealing) is used.
