Gillespite admitted: "I've been very impressed with Bres.
"If people were not different they would have nothing to say to each other," (Gillespite, 2003:217).
Just as Gillespite (2003) has argued, self and other may take different and incommensurable perspectives on the same act in communication; nevertheless, human reflective consciousness forms a new matrix for action, possibly a new dimension of otherness, and the return of surplus of the other to self makes people grow.
Conspicuously absent from the mineral suite at Chickencoop Canyon are gillespite and pellyite.
Associated minerals include pellyite, barite , hedenbergite, quartz, andradite, titantaramellite, gillespite, sanbomite, muirite, UK-10, chalcopyrite and witherite (Montgomery et al., 1972).
Gillespite and pellyite, found at the other two California sites, Baja California and at the Gun claims, Yukon Territory (Pabst and Harris, 1984), were not identified in any of the specimens examined.
Earlier, Declan Gillespite's Reve de Rose, sixth in a Fairyhouse handicap last time, might be good enough to initiate the double in the midest-looking Bauman Sideloader Claiming Race.
Other minerals from the type locality are: alforsite, walstromite, anandite, bazirite, benitoite, celsian, gillespite, fresnoite, muirite, macdonaldite, pellyite, titantaramellite and verplanckite.
Relationship to other species: Its structure has similarities to those of sanbornite and gillespite.
Trumbull Peak is one of several barium silicate occurrences located along the western margin of North America; it hosts such minerals as alforsite, celsian, gillespite, macdonaldite, pellyite, titantaramellite and witherite, and is the type locality for sanbornite.
The first description of the Trumbull Peak Ba-silicate locality was published by Rogers in 1932 when the new barium silicate sanbornite was described, in addition to new localities for celsian and gillespite. Since then, reference has been made to the area's mineralogy by Alfors et al.
Relationship to other species: Isostructural with cuprorivaite (CaCu[Si.sub.4][O.sub.10]), gillespite (BaFe[Si.sub.4][O.sub.10]) and some synthetic compounds.
