rapae to heptacosane was significantly higher than to tricosane and penta cosane (F = 4.362, df = 2, P = 0.023), whereas no significant difference between the compounds was found at 1 mg/mL (F = 3.084, df = 2, P = 0.062) (Table 2).
The major constituents of the leaves oil were hentriacontane (21.48%), nonacosane (20.59%), heptacosane (19.78%), pentacosane (5.58%), octacosane (3.47%), triacontane (2.81%) and hexacosane (2.04%).
The host compounds were ethyl-1-hexanol (>99%), heptacosane (>95%), (+)-3-carene (>90%), hentriacontane (>95%), cis-3-hexenyl acetate (>97%), acetophenone (>98.5%), tridecanone (>95%), and 1-octen-3-ol (>98%).
