Patients with
ileocolic intussusception classically develop a sudden onset of intermittent, severe, progressively worsening abdominal pain accompanied by inconsolable crying and drawing of the legs toward the abdomen.

ileocolic intussusception showed concentric hyperechoic and hypoechoic rings in the transverse plane.
