The radius of curvature given to the leading-edge shape. It is the radius of the circle centered on a line tangent to the leading-edge camber and connecting the tangency points of the upper and lower surfaces of the leading edge. Typical leading-edge radii are zero (i.e., the knife edge) to 1 to 2 percent.
