low-pressure fuel system
That part of the fuel system whose components are located prior to the entry of the fuel into the engine. It consists of fuel tanks, fuel transfer pumps, and a low-pressure or booster pump. It also includes the area from where the engine fuel system starts. Also known as an aircraft fuel system
