Numerous works analysis has showed that the viscous fluid during flow in microcapillary cracks, in specific range of cracks sizes, behaves as non-Newtonian system [2, 3, 9 and others].
However, there is no consensus on the mechanism of the anomalous behavior manifestation of Newtonian fluids and rheological properties strengthening of the non-Newtonian systems in the microcapillary cracks.
The causes of the anomalous properties manifestation of Newtonian fluids and increase of rheological properties of the non-Newtonian systems in the microcracks have been shown on the basis of experimental and theoretical research works.
Experimental investigations show that the flows of water and Newtonian oil in the microcrack h < [h.sub.cr] are typical for non-Newtonian systems and at large value of opening (h [greater than or equal to] [h.sub.cr]) for Newtonian systems.
In non-Newtonian systems
if the rate of shear was reduced once the desired maximum rate had been reached, the down curve can be displaced relative to the up curve.

Fluid systems are divided into Newtonian and non-Newtonian systems
. Newtonian system show a linear relationship between shear rate and shear stress, where shear rate is the difference in velocity between two planes of liquid separated by a very small distance and shear stress is force per unit area.
In contrast to the Newtonian case, there are relatively few publications on droplet behavior in non-Newtonian systems
What makes this book even more special is, in my opinion, its tacit yet strong message that particle non-Newtonian systems
are still an exciting and very challenging field of research where many important problems remain unresolved or subject of controversy.
