non-parity memory

Memory chips that do not have a ninth bit used for parity checking. The term also implies that the memory does not use error-correcting code (ECC). See ECC memory and parity checking.

Under this new definition, we find that no significant difference exists in any mental health services use between people living in parity and those in non-parity states (results not shown).
But if e increases in value, then members of the majority party or coalition would support reform even in a situation of non-parity. So the conclusion that reform will be supported only in situations of relative parity rests on assuming that e is low.
