occult hydrocephaly
[ə′kəlt ‚hī·drə′sef·ə·lē] (medicine)
A syndrome in which the brain ventricular system is enlarged while cerebrospinal fluid pressure remains normal, causing dementia, disturbances of equilibrium, and disorders of sphincter control.
