Tony was also offering picropharmacolite with realgar from the White Caps mine, Manhattan, Nye County, Nevada.
Like picropharmacolite, arsenolite is found in general in the vicinity of Ca and Mg arsenates.
Its associations in Vein 2 include cobaltaustinite and picropharmacolite, brown-red hematite lamellae and colorless prismatic crystals of calcite.
Specimens in which erythrite is accompanied by pure white spherules of picropharmacolite boast a spectacular color-contrast--these come particularly from Vein 2, Bou Azzer.
On the other hand, very attractive scalenohedral calcite specimens continue to be found at the Shimen mine, as well as white drusy to acicular picropharmacolite.
Picropharmacolite occurs as drusy coatings of acicular white crystals lining vugs in massive realgar and partially covering realgar crystals.

Apart from the classical Gabbe-Gottes and Saint-Louis mine wire silver, there were many other rare silver minerals: a fluckite with picropharmacolite, a good rammelsbergite, and also an exceptional prismatic proustite crystal to 1.3 cm on an ankerite matrix.
Oxidation in the dump has produced stains and efflorescences of erythrite, tyrolite, annabergite, malachite and, rarely, conichalcite and picropharmacolite. Of all these only the silver has been found as specimens of interest to the collector, although the clinosafflorite, being an extremely rare mineral, also merits a description.
The mine has produced some excellent specimens of erythrite and heterogenite, and also the first arsenolite and picropharmacolite reported from South Africa.

Picropharmacolite in white silky crystals (to 1 cm) in divergent sprays (to 7 x 7 cm) has been identified from the Getchell mine, Humbodlt County.
