pimenta oil[pə′ment·ə ‚ȯil]
A yellow to brownish essential oil with spicy aroma and pungent taste; derived from allspice (Pimenta officinalis); main components are eugenol, cineol, and phellandrene; used in medicine and flavors. Also known as allspice oil; pimento oil.
