We tested a total of 20 raw unfiltered honey samples from urban hives for Duet pesticide containing d-phenothrin, prallethrin, and piperonyl butoxide by the USDA National Science Laboratories using GC/ LC analysis.
Based on [LT.sub.50] data, prallethrin and [lambda]-cyhalothrin were most toxic to sand flies, followed in order by deltamethrin, cyfluthrin, cypermethrin, and permethrin.
