Recirculated air

Recirculated air

Return air that is diverted from the exhaust route, mixed with incoming outside air, conditioned, and delivered to the conditioned space. Recycling the air circulating through an HVAC system reduces energy requirements.

recirculated air

Air which is withdrawn from an air-conditioned space and passed through the air conditioner before being supplied once again to the conditioned space.

Modern airlines utilize high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filters for reducing airborne pathogens in the recirculated air.
Percentage of recirculated air was increased when the air outlet was obstructed by 50% to minimize consumption of gas in the burner.
Recirculated air may be full of dust and other microscopic particles that end up blowing throughout your home.
Set off on your journey with the windows open until you get cold air into the cabin and then, if you can, switch to recirculated air rather than the normal external air.
Close the windows and switch to recirculated air - the final advice from the RAC: "Once the air conditioning is blowing cold, close all the windows and switch to (pre-cooled) recirculated air.
Improper temperature management, air conditioning and inadequate exchange of treated fresh air in proportion to recirculated air contribute to an increased risk of several building-related symptoms and illnesses." Stulz is a Germany-based precision cooling company that recently expanded to the industrial and commercial AC segments with a range of intelligent air-handling units, treated fresh air units, air purification units and underfloor air distribution systems.
Dual blowers located inside an acoustically insulated blower box force the recirculated air to the top plenum.
The coil bypass air-handling unit addresses this problem by taking only a portion of the air across the coil, all of the outdoor air that is likely to require dehumidification, and a portion of the recirculated air determined either by the sensible or the latent load within the space.
With the following accessories per device: - Adapter for recirculated air operation, - 7m vacuum hose dia.
Like the oven (and downstream cooling zone), the flow-coating zones and flash-off zones operate energy-efficiently with recirculated air. This also minimizes the amount of exhaust air to be concentrated for mandatory disposal.
"Firstly, the air dries the nasal cavity, so the immune barrier isn't as good; secondly, recirculated air in the cabin means exposure to germs in the environment is more of an issue.
Depending on the number of fan/filter units (FFUs) being serviced, additional Vertical Air Return modules may be required to ensure ample recirculated air supply to the FFUs being serviced recirculated air supply to the FFUs.
