Retreating-blade stall.
The stall of a helicopter rotor disc that occurs starting at the tip of the retreating blade. This happens when the helicopter forward speed is high. The individual angle of attack of the retreating blade becomes larger because the downward blade flapping becomes larger and the retreating blade stalls.
