The direction control valve is used to change the rotation direction of the cutter, the shuttle valve is used to select the higher pressure of the two sides of the motors.
The system is a compact manifold assembly that incorporates a check valve and an inverted shuttle valve. The assembly supplies fluid for two separate accumulator circuits while reducing the number of system components and limiting plumbing and hardware requirements, MICO said.
A malfunctioning shuttle valve allowed hydraulic pressure to lock the wheels with out anti-skid protection.
offers the new IMH 0.31 in, shuttle valve for hydraulic isolation problems in manifolds.
The compensating dements are sensing the highest operating pressure in the system via the shuttle valve. This same load signal is directed to the pump control.
Valve types include crossover relief valves; closed loop crossover relief valves that incorporate a shuttle valve and a charge pressure relief valve; counterbalance valves; two-speed valves for shifting displacements; modular four-way proportional valves; free-wheeling/free-circulation valves designed to allow motors to be switched on or off; and constant tension valves for winch applications.
Optional features include a shuttle valve, shuttle valve with back pressure relief, speed sensors and high pressure shaft seal.
The drive system is available with an integral hot oil shuttle valve for hydrostatic systems, along with a disconnect for towing.
